Assistant Manager Location: Wash Masters – Sherman, TX Wash Masters is looking for a driven and dependable Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. The Assistant Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the Site Manager in leading and developing the team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is eager to grow into a leadership role. Responsibilities: * Assist the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day car wash operations. * Lead and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service. * Train and coach new employees on company standards, policies, and procedures. * Ensure compliance with Wash Masters’ appearance and dress code standards. * Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety across all areas of the property. * Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and cash management. * Step into the Site Manager’s role as needed during absences. Qualifications: * Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred (retail, hospitality, or automotive industry experience a plus).
