This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, from residential renovations to large-scale commercial developments, all while adhering to strict safety standards and quality expectations.

Duties

  • Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine formwork requirements and specifications.

  • Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople to coordinate tasks like framing, stucco application, roofing support, or restoration work related to concrete structures.

Experience

  • Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on concrete forming or related trades such as carpentry or masonry.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of tools like hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and concrete pumping equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical specifications accurately.
  • Familiarity with construction estimating processes and understanding of building codes related to formwork and concrete installation.
  • Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations including OSHA standards or equivalent safety protocols.
  • Experience with rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, and the use of heavy machinery for lifting or cutting concrete materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards.

Join our team if you're passionate about building durable structures with precision! We value skilled professionals who are eager to contribute their expertise in a collaborative environment dedicated to safety, quality craftsmanship, and continuous growth.
