This is a fully in-person position based in the Upper Kirby area of Houston.What You'll DoOpen, sort, scan, and route all incoming mail and documentationProcess outgoing mail via FedEx, USPS (certified), and other methodsCreate and manage both electronic and physical file foldersDownload and maintain electronic medical records in our CRMSupport large mailing projects, including mail merges, document coding, and Acrobat formsMaintain accurate records and assist with purging and archiving physical filesProvide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects as neededCoordinate with internal teams on document logistics and process improvementsWhat You'll Need (Must-Haves)Professional appearance and dependable attendanceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to multitask, follow procedures, and work independentlyComfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and WordNice to Have (Preferred but Not Required)Experience with Acrobat form setupFamiliarity with Docrio or similar document management systemsPrior experience in a law firm or high-volume office settingBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with generous company matchGrowth opportunities within a supportive and fast-paced team
