Line Lead / Production Team Lead

Location: Spartanburg, SC Area
Pay Rate: $19.00–$21.00 per hour
Shifts: Various shifts available
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Line Leads / Production Team Leads for manufacturing and production opportunities in the Spartanburg, SC area. Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and the ability to lead employees while maintaining production goals, quality standards, and workplace safety.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily activities of employees on assigned production lines.
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met.
• Assign tasks and provide direction to production associates throughout the shift.
• Monitor production flow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Train new employees on job duties, safety procedures, and quality expectations.
• Assist with production line setup, changeovers, and daily operations.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure finished products meet customer specifications.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, production delays, and quality concerns.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding staffing, attendance, productivity, and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Ensure employees follow company safety policies and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Provide hands-on production support as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required.
• Prior experience as a Line Lead, Team Lead, or Production Lead strongly preferred.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and provide direction to a team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production or assembly environment.
• Ability to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical production duties throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience and position.
• Schedule: Multiple shifts available.
• Location: Spartanburg, South Carolina area.
