Join Our Client, a global leader empowering the world! We seek organized Document Controllers with datacenter/mission-critical experience to govern project records, submittals, turnover matrices, and as-built drawings across the construction lifecycle.

responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain, track, and govern project documentation, numbering, metadata, and registers in approved repositories across the construction lifecycle.
- Support the tracking and administration of technical submittals, shop drawings, product data, and RFIs, ensuring clear audit trails and status visibility.
- Review contractual requirements against the Turnover Documentation Matrix, tracking deliverables, resolving gaps, and supporting Go/No-Go operational readiness.
- Track, verify, and organize draft and final O&M manuals by system and equipment package, ensuring complete warranties, drawings, and maintenance data for Operations.
- Maintain registers for IFC, revised, and As-Built drawing sets across all disciplines, verifying completeness and compliance prior to final handover.
qualifications:
Prior experience in document control, project administration, or construction records management on large-scale commercial, industrial, or data center projects.
Strong proficiency with electronic document management systems (EDMS), Common Data Environments, version control, and Microsoft Excel.
Proven ability to interpret technical construction specifications, manage RFIs and submittals, and coordinate across multidisciplinary contractor teams.
